At Lumix, your security and convenience are our top priorities. Lumix is an Australian-based business that serves customers in Australia and the United States. We offer a range of trusted payment methods to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible.

Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card — We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay and American Express. To pay by card: select "Credit/Debit Card" at checkout; enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV; fill in your billing details and confirm your payment; you will be redirected to an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email shortly after.

Apple Pay & Google Pay — For a fast, contactless checkout experience, we support Apple Pay and Google Pay. To use either option: select "Apple Pay" or "Google Pay" at checkout; authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode; confirm your order details and complete the payment.

Shop Pay — Shop Pay offers an accelerated checkout for returning customers. Simply select "Shop Pay" at checkout, log in to your account, and confirm your order in seconds.

PayPal — PayPal allows you to pay quickly and securely without sharing your financial details directly with us. To pay with PayPal: select "PayPal" at checkout; you will be redirected to PayPal to log in or create an account; approve the payment and you will be returned to our site with your order confirmed. PayPal includes built-in buyer protection, giving you added peace of mind with every purchase.

When Is My Payment Charged?

Your payment is processed at the time you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed. If your payment is declined, no charge will be made to your account. Please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank for assistance. You are also welcome to try an alternative payment method or contact us at support@buylumix.com for help.

Currency

US customers: Transactions for US customers are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices displayed for US customers are in USD and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and shown at checkout where required.

Australian customers: Transactions for Australian customers are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

If you are paying via PayPal and your account is in a different currency, PayPal may apply a conversion fee. We recommend checking with PayPal before completing your purchase.

Security and Protection

Every transaction on the Lumix website is protected with advanced SSL encryption. We do not store or share your full payment details at any time. Our payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and other trusted third-party providers, all of which are PCI DSS compliant. Our platform is continuously monitored and updated to meet current security standards.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you wish to request a refund, please contact us at support@buylumix.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Approved refunds are processed no later than 10 business days after Lumix receives and inspects the returned item, or after the refund is otherwise approved by Lumix. Your bank, card provider, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

Where a refund is approved, Lumix will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the customer agrees to a different solution.

For approved change-of-mind returns, non-refundable payment gateway fees, currency conversion fees, financial institution fees, third-party transaction fees, or original shipping costs incurred by Lumix may be deducted from any approved store credit where permitted by law.

Consumer Rights

For US customers: Your rights as a consumer are protected under applicable US federal and state consumer protection laws. Nothing in this payment policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection legislation.

For Australian customers: Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this payment policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
