At Lumix, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers in the United States and Australia, including clear and straightforward shipping policies. Lumix is an Australian-based business that ships to customers in the United States and Australia. We offer free shipping on all orders. We do not currently offer shipping to destinations outside the United States and Australia.

Delivery Times

Below are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.

Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.

Transit time: 6 to 19 business days (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery time: 7 to 21 business days.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Carrier Services

For deliveries within the United States, we partner with the following reliable carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.

For deliveries within Australia, we partner with the following reliable carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Sendle.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: All orders within the United States and Australia qualify for free shipping, with no minimum order requirement. The free shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package directly on the carrier's website or via our Track My Order page at: https://buylumix.com/apps/track123.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Lumix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned parcels, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, except where required by law.

If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Lumix is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery, except where required by law.

Missing, incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, damaged in transit, incorrect, incomplete, missing items, missing parts, with shortages, or with packaging damage, please contact us at support@buylumix.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your case promptly and, where confirmed, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Please do not return any items before contacting us first.

Returns and Refunds

For information about returns, refunds, repairs, replacements, damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, faulty products, order cancellations, and change-of-mind requests, please refer to our Refund Policy. For eligible change-of-mind returns within the 30-day return window, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, inserts, tags, and original packaging.
