Who is eligible for Lumix Trade?
Lumix Trade is intended for qualified professionals including interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, developers, electricians and professionals working across hospitality, retail and commercial projects. Applications are reviewed before trade access is approved.
How does Lumix Trade pricing work?
Approved Trade accounts receive 10% preferential pricing on eligible orders up to AU$2,499. Eligible orders of AU$2,500 or more may qualify for 15% pricing, AU$5,000 or more may qualify for 20% project pricing, and AU$15,000 or more may qualify for 25% volume pricing. Project requirements of AU$30,000 or more receive tailored pricing from our Trade team.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no project-size threshold required to apply for a standard Lumix Trade account. Higher project pricing tiers are based on eligible order or project value.
Do you offer additional pricing for larger projects?
Yes. Larger developments, commercial projects and high-volume orders can be reviewed individually. Send us your lighting schedule, product list or required quantities and our Trade team can prepare project-specific pricing.
Can Lumix help me select products?
Yes. Send us the products you're considering together with relevant project information and we'll assist with sourcing, availability and suitable options from the Lumix collection.
Can I request product information before ordering?
Yes. If you require available dimensions, installation information or other product details before specifying or purchasing, include the relevant products in your Trade enquiry.
Can Trade pricing be combined with sales or discount codes?
Trade and project pricing generally cannot be combined with additional promotional offers or discount codes. Where multiple pricing options are available, the applicable offer will be confirmed for the relevant order.
How do I request a quote for a larger project?
Complete the Trade application form and select “Request Project Pricing”. Include any relevant products, quantities and project information so our team can assess your requirements.
