Nordic Alabaster Pendant Light with Adjustable Suspension

Natural alabaster gives this compact pendant a depth and character that conventional glass or painted-metal shades cannot easily reproduce. The stone is softly translucent, allowing warm light to travel through its surface and illuminate the naturally occurring veining, while the open underside provides more direct light onto the surface below.

Its sculptural silhouette is formed from a broad cylindrical shade with a narrower upper section, creating a restrained architectural profile that remains visually distinctive even when the light is switched off. The combination of pale stone and a slim dark suspension also makes the pendant easy to introduce into Scandinavian, Japandi, contemporary and warm minimalist interiors.

At 14 cm or 16.5 cm in diameter, this is deliberately a relatively compact pendant. Used individually, it works well beside a bed, over a small table or as an accent light.
