We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom — no minimum order required. We currently ship to these five countries only and do not offer shipping to other international destinations.

Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), with a cutoff time of 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time. We deliver via trusted local and international carrier partners, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Sendle, USPS, Canada Post, New Zealand Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used will depend on the delivery destination and order. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of delivery and do not return any items before reaching out first.

The Lumix Promise

At Lumix, we believe lighting should do more than simply brighten a space — it should elevate the way your home feels, while being made with care, quality, and long-term value in mind. The Lumix Promise is our commitment to offering high-quality lighting products that we are genuinely proud to put our name behind.

We take pride in selecting products that combine thoughtful design, reliable materials, and timeless style. Our goal is to provide lighting that feels beautiful, functional, and made to last, helping you create a home that feels considered, warm, and uniquely yours.

We are also committed to making more environmentally mindful choices wherever possible. By focusing on durable, high-quality products, we aim to reduce unnecessary waste and encourage customers to invest in pieces that can be enjoyed for years, rather than quickly replaced. From product selection to packaging and fulfilment, we are always looking for better ways to balance beautiful design with responsible practices.

Every Lumix order is handled with care, and every customer experience matters to us. If something is not right, our team is here to help and make the process as smooth as possible. That is our promise: quality products, thoughtful service, and lighting you can feel confident bringing into your home.
