We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum order required. We currently ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping.
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), with a cutoff time of 5:00 PM AEST. We deliver via Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, and Sendle. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via our Track My Order page. If you experience a delay or lost package, contact us at support@buylumix.com as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it promptly — if a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not return any items before reaching out first.
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
To start a return, email support@buylumix.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For these cases we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's cost. No restocking fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new one — contact us and we'll guide you through.
