For these cases we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's cost. No restocking fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new one — contact us and we'll guide you through.

As we offer free shipping on all orders, there is no original shipping charge to refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.
