Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and then take 6 to 19 business days in transit, so allow 7 to 21 business days in total. These are estimates, so if you are working to a renovation or electrician date, order early. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Please unbox and check your order within 5 days of delivery. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@buylumix.com with your order number, clear photos and a short video of the item, its packaging and the shipping label. Once we confirm the issue, we arrange a replacement, a partial or full refund, or store credit, depending on the problem and stock, and we reimburse reasonable return shipping. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

We can’t accept change-of-mind returns, so it pays to choose your size and finish carefully before you order. Every Lumix pendant is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects and faults present at dispatch. It doesn’t cover misuse, improper installation or normal wear and tear. To make a claim, email support@buylumix.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photos or video.

As a guide, an island 150 to 180 cm long suits two pendants, 210 to 270 cm suits two or three, and 300 cm or more suits three, or one long linear pendant. Hang them so the bottom of each shade sits 76 to 91 cm above the benchtop, spaced 60 to 90 cm apart. Send us your measurements and we will recommend a setup for your island.

For a bedroom pendant light in the centre of the room, aim for about 2.1 m from the floor to the bottom of the shade. To replace bedside lamps, hang a small pendant such as the Travertine Stone or the Marble Sphere & Alabaster 35 to 60 cm above each bedside table, and choose warm light (around 3000K) for a softer feel at night.

Two pendants here have a dimmable version you can select: the Sculpted Wave LED and the Pine & Walnut Linear (choose “Dimmable warm 3000K”). Pendants with a replaceable bulb may dim with a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch, so ask your electrician to confirm before installation.

No, these pendants are designed for indoor rooms, and those with an IP rating are rated IP20, which means dry areas only. They are not suitable for bathrooms, alfresco areas or outdoors.
