You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

To start a return, email support@buylumix.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For these cases we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's cost. No restocking fees.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new one — contact us and we'll guide you through.
