Description

This caged ceiling fan with light brings cooling airflow and decorative lighting together in one compact, low profile fixture. Measuring 20" / 51 cm across and just 7.8" / 20 cm high, it is designed for rooms with lower ceilings where a traditional fan with long, exposed blades would feel too large or sit too close to your head.

The black metal drum is wrapped in an ornate, openwork pattern that casts a beautiful play of light and shadow when the lights are on, while a curved cage on the underside fully encloses the seven blades. The result is a farmhouse style fandelier that looks like a statement light fitting and quietly works as a fan.

Because the blades sit fully inside the cage, there is no contact with spinning blades, making it a thoughtful choice for bedrooms, nurseries, kids' rooms and other low ceiling spaces.

A quiet, reversible DC motor drives six fan speeds, from a gentle breeze for sleeping to stronger airflow on hot days. Run it one way for cooling in summer, then reverse it in winter to push warm air back down from the ceiling. Adjust speed, direction and lights from the handheld remote or the app, use the timer to switch off automatically, and turn the lights and fan on or off separately.

Four E26 bulb holders sit inside the drum, and bulbs are included. Light filters through the decorative cutwork to create a warm, layered glow across the ceiling and walls.

Installation Guide

Before you start

This is a hardwired ceiling fan and should be installed by a licensed electrician, following your local electrical codes.
A ceiling fan must be mounted to a fan-rated box or support that can carry the weight and movement of the fan. Ask your electrician to confirm your ceiling is suitable.
Check the size and blade span in Product Specifications, and allow enough clearance from walls, furniture and the floor.

Installation overview

Turn off power at the switchboard and confirm the wires are not live.
Remove the existing fixture, if replacing one.
Fix the mounting bracket to a fan-rated support at the wiring point.
Assemble and hang the fan as shown in the manual.
Connect the live (active), neutral and earth wires as shown in the manual.
Attach the blades and any light components, where fitted, and secure the canopy.
Restore power and test the fan and light on each setting.

Care

Switch off and wait for the blades to stop completely before cleaning.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners.
