Shipping Information
We offer free shipping on all orders to Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom — no minimum order required. We currently ship to these five countries only and do not offer shipping to other international destinations.
Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), with a cutoff time of 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time. We deliver via trusted local and international carrier partners, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Sendle, USPS, Canada Post, New Zealand Post, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The carrier used will depend on the delivery destination and order. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via our Track My Order page. If you experience a delay or lost package, contact us at support@buylumix.com as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it promptly — if a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days of delivery and do not return any items before reaching out first.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, with an order cutoff time of 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time. Once your order has been processed, estimated transit time is 6–19 business days. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Why didn't I receive an email about my order delivery?
Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still cannot find your confirmation or tracking email, contact us at support@buylumix.com with your name and order details so we can assist.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package directly through the carrier or via our Track My Order page.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@buylumix.com. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue, including the item and packaging where applicable. Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How do I return a product?
To start a return, email us at support@buylumix.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lumix will cover the cost of return shipping once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.
How is my refund calculated for returns?
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please first check with your bank, then contact us at support@buylumix.com.
