We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia and the United States — no minimum order required. We currently ship to Australia and the United States only and do not offer shipping to other international destinations.
Estimated delivery is 7–21 business days. Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), with a cutoff time of 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time. We deliver via trusted carrier partners, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Aramex, Sendle, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order via our Track My Order page. If you experience a delay or lost package, contact us at support@buylumix.com as soon as possible and we will work to resolve it promptly — if a package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not return any items before reaching out first.
Return Information
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
To start a return, email support@buylumix.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For these cases we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's cost. No restocking fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. To exchange an item, return your original order and place a new one — contact us and we'll guide you through.

Why didn't I receive an email about my order delivery?
Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam, junk, or promotions folder in case the email was filtered there. If you still cannot find your confirmation or tracking email, contact us at support@buylumix.com with your name and order details so we can assist.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package directly through the carrier or via our Track My Order page.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping?
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lumix will cover the cost of return shipping once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.
How is my refund calculated for returns?
As we offer free shipping on all orders, there is no original shipping charge to refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please first check with your bank, then contact us at support@buylumix.com.
