Description

This rattan ceiling fan with light brings relaxed, coastal warmth to rooms with lower ceilings. A hand woven natural rattan shade with elegant gold accents wraps around a quiet fan and four light holders, so the fixture looks like a beautiful boho pendant while it keeps the room cool and comfortable.

At 20" / 51 cm across and 7.9" / 20 cm high, the compact flush mount design hugs the ceiling and frees up headroom. The woven shade adds organic texture and a soft, sun bleached tone, and when the lights are on, the open weave filters the glow into a warm, dappled pattern across the ceiling and walls.

A quiet, reversible DC motor drives five blades across six speeds, up to 948 RPM. Choose a gentle breeze for sleeping or stronger airflow on warm afternoons, and reverse the airflow in winter to circulate warm air. Adjust speeds, direction and lights from the handheld remote or the app, use the half hour off timer, and turn the lights and fan on or off separately.

Four E26 bulb holders give soft, 360 degree ambient light, and bulbs are included. Warm white bulbs bring out the honey tones of the rattan beautifully.

Installation Guide

Before you start

This is a hardwired ceiling fan and should be installed by a licensed electrician, following your local electrical codes.
A ceiling fan must be mounted to a fan-rated box or support that can carry the weight and movement of the fan. Ask your electrician to confirm your ceiling is suitable.
Check the size and blade span in Product Specifications, and allow enough clearance from walls, furniture and the floor.

Installation overview

Turn off power at the switchboard and confirm the wires are not live.
Remove the existing fixture, if replacing one.
Fix the mounting bracket to a fan-rated support at the wiring point.
Assemble and hang the fan as shown in the manual.
Connect the live (active), neutral and earth wires as shown in the manual.
Attach the blades and any light components, where fitted, and secure the canopy.
Restore power and test the fan and light on each setting.

Care

Switch off and wait for the blades to stop completely before cleaning.
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners.
